Shipping and Delivery
All items sold on this website are digital products delivered online only. After successful payment, download access appears in your account and links are sent to your checkout email; no physical shipping is provided. Access is typically granted automatically after payment confirmation; in rare cases, fraud or payment checks may briefly delay link issuance before access is enabled in your account and via email.
Download Access
Download links are active for 15 days and allow up to 5 downloads per order. If your link expires or you exhaust the limit, contact support to restore access to your purchase. Please save files locally and keep a backup, as time-limited links may expire and are not intended for permanent cloud storage.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales of digital products are final. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital downloads. If you purchased a bespoke, off-site custom design (e.g., custom livery, logo, artwork, merch concept), refunds may be granted in rare exceptions at our discretion based on project status and scope.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before download access is granted. Once links are available in your account or have been emailed to you, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation. For urgent cancellation requests, contact support immediately with your order number so we can check eligibility before access is issued.
Defective or Inaccessible Files
If a file is corrupted, fails to open, or does not match the advertised format, contact support with your order number and a brief description; an updated or corrected file and a new download link will be provided. If you don’t receive the download email, check spam/promotions folders. If access is missing in your account, reach out and we will re-issue the link promptly.
License and Permitted Use
You may use purchased items in your own projects, both commercial and non-commercial, and you may showcase project outcomes publicly without attributing our brand or product name. You may not resell, share, gift, repackage, redistribute, or include our original source files in any library, bundle, or product intended for resale or free distribution, including “as-is” inclusion in asset packs.
Compatibility and Formats
Raster files are created in Adobe Photoshop and intended for use with Adobe Photoshop; vector files are created in Adobe Illustrator and intended for use with Adobe Illustrator. Compatibility with other software is not guaranteed; please review product format details on the product page before purchase.

This store runs on BigCommerce. Digital delivery is automated via account access and email once payment is confirmed; anti-fraud or payment verification can occasionally delay access briefly.
